1. Introduction

Vyla Games respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Platform.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through our Platform, please notify our Copyright Agent by providing the following information through our Discord server:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (provide specific URLs)
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification containing the following information through our Discord server:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We will make reasonable efforts to identify and remove repeat infringers.

6. Platform Functionality

Vyla Games operates as an information aggregator and search platform. We do not host or store copyrighted content on our servers. We provide links and information that is publicly available on the internet.

7. Good Faith Belief

We act in good faith to remove allegedly infringing content when properly notified. However, we are not responsible for determining the validity of copyright claims.

8. Misrepresentations

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
